Alf has been an Investment Adviser in Financial Services since 1988 after a career of 18 years as a Maths teacher. Apart from a degree in Mathematics he is qualified with a Diploma in Financial Planning. He has enjoyed his time over the years building both the business and the team.
Along with following Rugby Union and creating the occasional culinary delight for the team, Alf enjoys all forms of clay target shooting and has won a number of county badges. He has also recently represented Wales as an international shooter for the Olympic Skeet discipline. |

Karen started her career in 1993 with KPMG after graduating from university with a Degree in Business Studies. She moved from taxation into Financial Services in 1995 and held advisory positions as a Certified Financial Planner for a number of years until joining Weston Associates in 2001. Fully qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner, Karen now concentrates on the management, technical planning and compliance side of the business in addition to advising clients on areas such as investment and taxation planning.
Karen very much enjoys family life and amongst other abstract interests, likes to grow orchids and dive with sharks. |

Andy is a fully qualified Chartered Financial Planner and has been an integral part of the team at Weston Associates since 2007 having graduated with a degree in Accountancy and Finance. Andy specialises in personal financial advice, in particular Investment, Retirement and Protection planning.
Andy has lived in Bristol since 2004 after relocating from Cornwall. As an avid sportsman and fan, he regularly enjoys playing football in the local Bristol leagues. |

Sarah joined the team in 2012 and provides valued administrative and organisational support. Over the years, she has enjoyed working for Orange, The University of Bristol and the Autistic Society in a variety of roles.
Sarah is family orientated and spends much of her spare time fund raising for charitable causes. |
