We offer different levels of service dependent on the frequency and complexity of advice you require. Typically, after our initial discussions this will involve an annual or bi-annual review, however we also accommodate those who require advice purely on a transactional basis. |

OUR CHARGES |

You will pay for our services on the basis of an 'adviser charge' or fee. Our initial consultation is always free of charge and we will discuss your payment options with you at this point. Our charges depend on the level of service you require and we will not charge you until we have agreed how you wish to pay. |

FSCS PROTECTION |

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Most types of investment business are covered up to a maximum of £50,000.
Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the claim, without any upper limit. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS.

COMPLAINTS |

If you have a complaint or dispute with us, you are entitled to make a complaint. We have a complaints procedure that is available on request. If you wish to register a complaint, please contact us either in writing, by telephone or email.
